Hey, I'm Phoebe

I work with adults who are experiencing burnout, confusion and stress. I help them discover their passions, recognise their strengths and navigate ADHD life with ease.

I’m an ADHD Coach based in Southwest Victoria, Australia. My passion for the incredible benefits of coaching have led me to leave my career in sales and become a coach.

I got to a point where everything just felt so hard! I couldn't start anything, let alone stay on task for more than 5 minutes. I felt constantly overwhelmed and was late to work everyday no matter how hard I tried. I couldn't be bothered with hobbies or seeing friends and I couldn’t help but wonder... Why did it seem so much harder for me than everyone else? Is this sounding familiar?

Then maybe you’ll have those same little voices “maybe you’re just lazy?” “you just need to try harder” “have you tried making a list?”

When I first heard of coaching after being diagnosed I was instantly intrigued. The pieces fell into place and I realised that this is absolutely what would help so many people in my position... and maybe your position too?

So if you’ve just been diagnosed and you’re at the awkward stage of “now what?” or maybe you’re on the ever growing waitlist for a consult, coaching can help!

I believe that every person has what they need to succeed, you’re not broken and you don’t need more people to tell you what to do.

What a coaching session with me looks like

Partnership

We'll be navigating your topics together, there won't be any "should's" or me telling you what you're doing wrong

Positivity

We're not ignoring problems, but we will be working on strengths and strategies rather than jumping into weaknesses

Self Care

We can spin on our chairs, fidget, eat, be outside or do whatever else we need to be comfortable in our sessions. There's no formal meetings here!

Laughter

These sessions will be deep and meaningful, and we're going to get stuff done! But there'll always be room for laughter, smiles and probably both of us forgetting what we're about to say one or twice!

My accreditations

I have completed my ADHD Coach Training at the International ADHD Coach Training Centre.

I’m currently working towards my Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation.
